Jitendra Paliwal
Dr. Jitendra Paliwal joined the University of Winnipeg in 2024. He is responsible for an internationally recognized research program in food quality monitoring, and the knowledge and applied solutions developed by his lab have helped scientists, equipment manufacturers, and regulatory agencies in the agri-food sector. He is also part of a distinguished team of industry and academic researchers who adapted a biomedical imaging technique and created an award-winning grain bin-monitoring technology.

Lauren Bosc joined the Research Office in 2021, but has been staff at UWinnipeg since completing an MA in Cultural Studies – Texts and Cultures at UWinnipeg in 2014. Akshi Malik

Akshi Malik joined the Research Office in 2024. Akshi did her PhD in Physiology and Pathophysiology at the University of Manitoba.
