Patient Education and Home Exercises

The links below contain exercise ideas while we work from home.  There is a fairly extensive list within these pages, so pick a few that apply to trouble areas for you and make sure they are not painful when you attempt them.  Also, if you have not attempted exercises such as these before, you should ensure that you have been cleared by your physician to begin any exercise program.  The Athletic Therapy staff are also available for telerehab appointments via Zoom meetings if you have specific injury concerns.  Please email us at athletictherapy@uwinnipeg.ca if you wish to book an appointment with a therapist.
