Learn how to navigate Nexus tools
Learn how to navigate Nexus tools
In March 2021, PACE hosted a series of lunch n’ learns for UWinnipeg faculty and staff. If you are interested in learning more about Nexus tools, specifically the rubric tool and the annotating assignments feedback features, the following recorded lunch n' learns are valuable resources.
Nexus annotation Tool: One tool to rule them all
Marks are only one part of feedback, providing comments on assignments so that students learn and improve is the other part. Using the feedback annotation feature can provide that feature directly in Nexus where it is visible to students without downloading the file. Learn how to use this handy feature as an alternative to downloading assignments to add comments.
Learn Nexus rubrics: The rubric strikes back
We always recommend that assignment rubrics are shared in advance with students, that way students know what they are going to be assessed on. The Nexus Rubric feature does that, as well as allowing instructors to easily provide students with their score on the assignment.
