Shelley Tulloch is a Professor and Chair of Anthropology at the University of Winnipeg. She has conducted community-partnered research with Inuit communities for twenty years, focusing on language revitalization, youth, leadership, and bilingual education. She holds a PhD in Linguistics from Université Laval.
